Deliveries and Returns


Once your payment has cleared and your order has been accepted, we will process your order for delivery. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have placed your order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will usually be dispatched the same day and will be sent to you with next delivery service. If you placed your order after 2pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.

Please note that items will not be despatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays.

We deliver to the following EU and International countries:
Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine, USA

Please remember that if you order products to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.


We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case. If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will refund your incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our return instructions and you provide us with a copy of your receipt.

If you are a consumer buyer then you may have a 14 day right to cancel the order as set out in the Terms and Conditions on our website. If such a case where we are not at fault you will be responsible for paying the cost of return of the items.
